Dean qualified as a physiotherapist at the University of Cape Town in 1999. He has a second degree in Zoology, and several additional qualifications including Business Management and Massage Therapy, to mention a few. All these qualifications have allowed Dean to explore many diverse interests incorporating both his business as well as his medical background. These involve developing, implementing and monitoring lifestyle and wellness programs for a variety of companies such as Discovery Health, Sanlam, British American Tobacco and Shell among others.
For the past 5 years, Dean has been in private practice in the Sandton CBD. His practice is focused on providing corporate and private clientele physiotherapy services, specializing in back and neck pain, headaches, and musculoskeletal injuries. He also consults and treats in the areas of sports injuries, ergonomics, respiratory conditions, exercise and rehabilitation programs as well as lifestyle programs for both private individuals and companies.
Dean has a passion and enthusiasm for all that he does. He has taken an holistic approach to assessing and treating his clientele, taking into account the many factors influencing both directly and indirectly on one’s well-being and lifestyle.
